The venue is good budget and low cost. Amazing location close to city centre. Exceptionally pleasant staff provides incredible service. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the downstairs bar.

We had a such wonderful stay at this hotel: absolutely incredible location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was free - lots of dishes. Their service was amazing too. Liked smooth check-in.

The views were bad.

In a perfect position with a pleasant street view. Rooms were functional and had a fairly clean bathroom. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay.

All staff was friendly, great value for money, will be back. Fenton Street district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting. The room was big, so we were very pleased.

Calm rooms, PEACEFUL location. We booked executive studio, it had everything you could ask for: a heating system, cable channels and ironing facilities. Plus, it was good to have free Wi Fi.

Convenient location and useful staff. Consider staying here if you plan to visit polynesian spa. Even the Rotorua Regional airport was not so far.
